Can everything really go smoothly on a family vacation?

By Shirin Yadegar

Shirin YadegarDo you get anxiety when thinking of your next family vacation. Family vacations require hours of thoughtful planning so everyone involved is happy.

Is that realistic when you have teenagers and kindergarteners?
Yes, it is.

Over spring break we planned an incredible two week vacation for our immediate family which includes my husband and I and our 14, 12, 8 and 6 year old plus my nearly 80 year old father-in-law.

How was everyone going to be happy?
We had a VIP pick up at Ben Gurion airport so after a long 15 hour flight we were privately escorted through customs and walked into an air conditioned van that drove us directly to our hotel.

The following day we allowed the jet lag to lead our lazy day at the pool.

Then, Puzzle Israel (http://www.puzzleisrael.com) did all the work in navigating the remainder of our vacation. They made all of our dinner reservations and took us on amazing tour to visit a working kibbutz where the kids fed the cows and chickens and then we all picked fresh eggs from the chickens and prepared an amazing lunch with all the veggies and eggs we hand picked. We also visited the oldest artists colony where the kids made pottery and we shopped for art. We saw amazing instagramable graffiti wall art which made the teenagers happy too.

All the restaurants where delicious, kid friendly and pleased all of our cravings.

We had the most incredible vacation thanks to http://www.puzzleisrael.com Not only do they plan family vacations, but they plan once in a lifetime special events at historical sites throughout Israel. Next time you have family vacation anxiety, make sure to book the right tour guide.
