From infant and "learn to swim" to refining your stroke for the competitive athlete, Sharolyn has been teaching kids and adults to swim in Los Angeles since 1995. Sharolyn trained and competed as a synchronized swimmer in Florida and Canada. As a personal trainer, she leads a life dedicated to fitness and children are a big part of that. Help your child build the confidence he or she needs to be safe in the water and to enjoy pool and ocean activities. Swimming builds great strength, burns calories and tones muscles. For children and adults, it is the best sport with the least stress on the body.
