Grilled Zucchini and Burrata Board

Ingredients:
- 3 small zucchini
- 1 heirloom tomato
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 of a baguette
- 1 garlic clove for rubbing the crostini
- 2 Burrata cheese balls
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tbs Basil Pesto
- Basil leaves
Method:
- Wash, slice zucchini, and season with olive oil, salt and pepper; mix and throw on the grill and cook both sides over medium heat;
- Slice a baguette, season with olive oil, salt and pepper, and grill on both sides; once grilled rub with a garlic clove for extra flavor;
- Assemble the board with crostini, grilled zucchini, sliced tomatoes, Burrata, pesto, a good drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy!
