Grilled Zucchini and Burrata Board

  • 3 small zucchini
  • 1 heirloom tomato
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 of a baguette
  • 1 garlic clove for rubbing the crostini
  • 2 Burrata cheese balls
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbs Basil Pesto
  • Basil leaves


  1. Wash, slice zucchini, and season with olive oil, salt and pepper; mix and throw on the grill and cook both sides over medium heat;
  2. Slice a baguette, season with olive oil, salt and pepper, and grill on both sides; once grilled rub with a garlic clove for extra flavor;
  3. Assemble the board with crostini, grilled zucchini, sliced tomatoes, Burrata, pesto, a good drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy!
