Moms, you can’t supervise your kids 24/7. That includes monitoring what they swallow, touch and breathe. Because I’m juggling a busy career with being a homeschooling mom, I’ve been teaching my kids how to stay well. They are learning that it’s easier to be proactive rather than reactive.
Now that it’s cold and cough season and we’re all headed indoors, I’m sharing some tips for empowering other families to take control over their immune health. There are many things we can be doing year round to support our immune health, not just during winter.
Wear what makes you feel and look good. If you want an instant fix to look sleeker under your clothes, shapewear is the answer. The perfect piece of shapewear will smooth your silhouette, while enhancing the curves of your natural shape and no one will know except you! The best part is that it’s machine washable, stretch to fit, comfortable and gives your butt an instant lift. It’s a natural shape enhancer under any garment. I love wearing it with my jeans because it is a natural booty booster. With my busy schedule, I love that it comes with a cool mesh bag that I can easily throw in the washing machine and great for travel.
